SHIPPING POLICY
We need accurate billing and shipping information along with phone number and e-mail address in order to expedite your order. Also needed to notify you in case there is a problem. Please check that the billing and shipping addresses are correct before finalizing your order to avoid delays.
We ship to United States (includes contiguous 48 states only).
We ship UPS, FedEx, or USPS
Our rate for orders under $59.00 shipped to a physical address in the contiguous 48 United States starts at $10.95. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 6 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
